Easter Eggstravaganza!

For ages up to 11 years old only - COMPLETELY FREE!

Join us on Saturday March 21st - feel free to drop in anytime between 10:30am and 12:30pm at Byfleet Library. Download the poster below, or grab one from the Library (if availability), or turn up and do one on the day - it's up to you.

Simply decorate the egg shape poster any way you like and trade it in for a real Easter egg!

If you would like the chance to be part of this year's Royal Family then add in your contact details to your design (optional). The winning King, Queen, Prince and Princess will lead the horse-drawn procession through the village to officially open Parish Day.

Join the volunteers

Byfleet Parish Day has been a treasured village tradition for decades — a celebration of community, connection, and local spirit.

Parish Day is run entirely by volunteers, and we are determined not to lose this wonderful event. To keep it going for future generations, we need more helping hands — and we hope you’ll consider joining us.

There’s a role for everyone, whether you prefer practical jobs, people-facing tasks, or simply pitching in wherever needed.

We’re also looking for a new Volunteer Coordinator

To ensure Parish Day runs smoothly, we’re looking for someone to take on the role of Volunteer Coordinator — a key part of the team.
